Operation Pollination

The Vale of Llangollen Rotary is dedicated to Operation Pollination, a global initiative to increase and protect bee populations. Recently, the Rotary has undertaken a number of projects to support the cause, including creating bee-friendly habitats, planting bee-friendly plants, and providing educational programs. Safe Place Scheme

The Vale of Llangollen Rotary is supporting Safe Places National Network that has recently been introducing a number of projects to increase safety in the local area. They have been focusing on providing support to vulnerable people and ensuring that everyone in the community can feel safe and secure.

Colostomy Friendly Toilets

The Vale of Llangollen Rotary Club is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people with colostomy needs.

Our Aim is to have launched several colostomy friendly toilets in the area to ensure that those with colostomy needs can access public toilets with ease.

Bra Recycling

At Vale of Llangollen Rotary, we are committed to helping fight breast cancer and providing support to those affected by it. We are doing this through our innovative bra recycling program with breast cancer research, Donated bras are collected and recycled, with the proceeds going to charities that are committed to helping those affected by breast cancer.
